The religion of the Philippines is mainly Catholicism. Catholics make up 83% of the population of the Philippines. There are large and small churches and shops selling Catholic goods throughout the country. Christians and Islam believers each comprise 9% and 5% of the population.

 

In addition, the Philippines has a population of more than 100 million people, ranking after Indonesia among the Southeast Asian counties, while Manila has a population of more than 20 million and its population ranks sixth in the global rankings. In terms of population distribution, the working population – people at the age of 20 to 65 years old, accounts for about 75% of the total population of the Philippines, and the average age of the overall population is only 26 years old. Relying on a large number of young people who speak English, the Philippines is expected to become the world's largest commercial service outsourcing center. This will stimulate economic growth and drive demand for housing and office space.

 

菲律賓的宗教以天主教為主，天主教徒佔菲律賓人口的83%，全國城鄉各處遍布大小教堂和售賣天主教用品的店鋪。基督教和伊斯蘭教的信徒各佔約9%和5%。

 

此外，在東南亞國家當中，菲律賓人口僅次於印尼、達1億多萬人次；而馬尼拉大都會人口達2000多萬，人口在全球排名中佔第6位。人口分佈方面，20至65歲的勞動人口佔菲律賓總人口約75%，整體的平均年齡僅26歲。而且大量會講英文的年輕人口，菲律賓有望成為世界最大的商業服務外包中心。這有助刺激經濟增長，帶動對住屋和寫字樓的需求。
